The Aspect Law legal team have extensive experience of helping Clients in the recovery of debts. We act for Clients recovering debts on a national basis in amounts ranging from small overdue sums to larger corporate debts. We have acted for Clients from individuals, sole traders and small partner firms, to large, multinational corporations, and adapt our approach according the requirements of each individual Client. Whilst we will make all possible efforts to recover sums without the need for legal proceedings our knowledge and experience of litigation allows us to explore these options further in the event that less extreme measures are not successful. We use methods ranging from simple letters before action to issuing court proceedings and the enforcement of any judgement received and strive to provide the most cost effective service available. We work with our Clients to determine the most suitable method of recovery, keeping in regular contact and reassessing the success of our chosen option. We give honest, straightforward advice and will give an accurate account of your likelihood of successfully recovering your funds. In the event that we are unable to recover your sums through alternative methods we are experienced in all matters involving company winding up orders and bankruptcy and can assist you in recovering your funds through this more extreme measure. This is often the option of last resort and we will explain in detail the process before embarking on this course of action. We also act with our Clients before it reached this stage and offer a credit management service including drafting more advantageous terms and conditions and preparation and advice before proceeding to litigation. |
